Oregon attorney Kent Hickam is the founder and principal lawyer at Kent Hickam, P.C., practicing civil and criminal trial law, family law and estate planning from his Albany law office. With three decades of legal experience, Mr. Hickam has tried hundreds of cases in the Oregon trial courts and has appeared before the Oregon Supreme Court. His civil trial experience includes personal injury lawsuits, evictions, foreclosures, child custody cases, and estate disputes. As a criminal defense attorney, Mr. Hickam handles felonies and misdemeanors, as well as probation violations and other post-adjudication matters.
